Paul has bought his talented team to the new South Stand operation at Blackpool Football Club and provides the hospitality for the hotel guests and non-residents in the Seasiders Bar, the new 53 Suite, the 14 Corporate Boxes and the 120 cover restaurant - "Rowley's". FoodRowley's restaurant offers guests a modern British menu and the best of local and regional produce with some international twists and always "big hearty flavours".
