Welcome To Rowley's at Blackpool FC 

Executive chef Paul Rowley has been a major player on the Lancashire food scene for more than a decade through his involvement in restaurants, hotels, outside catering, special events, exhibitions and culinary education.

Beyond his award-winning restaurant Rowley’s, Paul has designed and catered spectacular events in some of the most prestigious venues in the Northwest through his outside catering arm Rowley’s Offside.

Paul has also been called upon to cook for an exciting list of clients, including Prince Charles (for whom Paul created an airborne feast), and celebrities such as Status Quo, Spandau Ballet, Boyzone, Lesley Garret and Catherine Jenkins, and catered for the Hellomagazine wedding of actress Jacqueline Leonard at Lytham Hall.

Paul writes a regular food column for the Blackpool Gazette, and was a guest judge at the Lancashire Young Student Chef of the Year award.

He has also been involved in a Cook Club initiative in association with Blackpool & the Fylde College, inspiring youngsters to become the chefs of tomorrow.
